Our Team Effectiveness workshops designed to empower teams to reach their full potential. Our workshops focus on ensuring clarity of purpose, identifying areas of strength and improvement, and establishing collective commitments around team behaviours.

Our Approach:

Stagira Team Effectiveness Diagnostic (STED):

Our proprietary STED involves a set of 20 standard questions combined with additional customised questions tailored to your organisation's specific needs. This diagnostic provides valuable insights into team dynamics and takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.

Group Styles Inventory (GSI®) Survey:

The GSI® survey evaluates team behaviours and outcomes based on an actual meeting scenario. It takes approximately 15 minutes for team members to complete and offers insights into collaboration styles and communication patterns.

Individual Interviews:

We conduct 1:1 interviews with each team member, focusing on gathering feedback and suggestions for enhancing team effectiveness. These interviews typically last around 30 minutes per team member.

Insight Identification:

We analyse the data gathered from the STED, GSI survey, and individual interviews to identify key insights and areas for improvement within the team.

Workshop Facilitation:

The workshop is facilitated by our experienced consultants and includes the following components:

Key insights from the STED and interviews.
Discussion on the 12 GSI behaviours to ensure alignment and understanding of constructive behaviours.
Development of a Team Playbook, which encompasses Team Purpose, Key Processes, and Stop/Start/Continue actions.
Identification of specific actions, responsibilities, and timeframes for implementing the Team Playbook.

The output of our Team Effectiveness workshop is a comprehensive Team Playbook with clear action plans, agreed responsibilities, and defined timeframes to ensure accountability and track progress.
