Our coaching methodology is founded on the principles of generating deep insights through robust 360-degree feedback, utilising trusted tools such as the Leadership Styles Inventory (LSI®) and the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP®). As accredited practitioners of these instruments, we bring over 25 years of experience to the table.

We guide individuals towards fostering a genuine desire for positive change, equipping them with a toolkit to cultivate the capacity for sustained behavioural shifts. This includes addressing common thinking traps that can hinder progress.

Our Approach to Leadership Coaching

Our coaching framework, grounded in Our Model for Personal Transformation – Insight, Desire & Capacity, comprises three distinct stages, culminating in a leader handover session:

  • 1. Insight: This initial phase is dedicated to delving deeply into the individual's self-perception and how they are perceived by others. Drawing on our expertise, we facilitate a practical understanding of how these insights correlate with their effectiveness and satisfaction. Our aim is to ignite a desire to act on these insights and kick-start their journey of transformation.
  • 2. Desire & Capacity: In the second stage, we focus on helping participants recognise and leverage their character strengths, informing their leadership style assessment. Using Stagira’s Personal Alignment Model (PAM), we assist in clarifying their purpose and identity, fostering a strong motivation for personal growth. Additionally, we address any limiting thinking patterns that may impede their capacity for change.
  • 3. Behaviour Change Action Plan (BCAP): In the final stage, we guide participants in crafting actionable goals based on the insights gleaned from their 360-degree feedback. Utilising Stagira’s BCAP, we assist in developing a roadmap for behaviour change aligned with their purpose and identity. We also provide guidance on effectively sharing feedback with their team and leaders, as well as receiving developmental input constructively.
  • 4. Leader Handover: The culmination of our coaching process involves facilitating a session between the participants and their leader. Here, we solidify a joint commitment to the behaviour Change Action Plan and ongoing development discussions, ensuring alignment and support from leadership.
