We adhere to the definition provided by the Hayne Royal Commission, which defines culture as "the shared values & norms that shape behaviours and mindsets in an entity." This clear definition provides a solid foundation for organisations to understand and address their culture effectively.

2. Measurability of Culture

We firmly believe that culture can and should be measured. Utilising statistically reliable and valid diagnostics is essential in gaining insights into an organisation's culture. While we remain flexible in our approach, we recommend the use of OCI® (Organisational Culture Inventory) and OEI® (Organisational Effectiveness Inventory) as the gold standard in culture measurement. We offer facilitation services to conduct culture assessments within your organisation or work alongside your accredited internal teams.
