2. Measurability of Culture
We firmly believe that culture can and should be measured. Utilising statistically reliable and valid diagnostics is essential in gaining insights into an organisation's culture. While we remain flexible in our approach, we recommend the use of OCI® (Organisational Culture Inventory) and OEI® (Organisational Effectiveness Inventory) as the gold standard in culture measurement.
