We assessed current culture and desired culture by conducting the Organisational Culture Inventory across 4 countries and helped the client develop key insights by working with the HR and Executive Leadership teams. Ultimately we developed a comprehensive Culture Strategy and communication plan.

We worked with the Exec Leadership team to develop and communicate new Purpose, Vision, and Values; completely redesigned their Reward & Recognition scheme to align with that; and facilitated Goal Setting workshops to align and commit the entire organisation to the business strategy.
